Certainly! Once we have a clear understanding of your needs and the specifics of your wedding, we can provide a detailed and itemised quote tailored to your requirements. Our photo packages start at $2400, and our photo + video packages start at $4200.

Do you travel for weddings, and if so, what are the additional costs?

Yes, we are available for destination weddings. Travel costs are based on the location and will include transportation, accommodation, and any necessary permits or fees. We provide a detailed breakdown of these costs in our quotes.

What is your booking process, and how far in advance should we book?

To book our services, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 30% to secure your date. We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak wedding season.

Can we see a portfolio of your recent work, including both photography and videography?

Absolutely. We have images available on our website and our social media account. Additionally, we can provide you with access to some galleries from previous clients.

Do you have experience with our type of wedding venue?

We have worked in a variety of venues, from rustic barns to elegant chalets to modern hotels. If we haven’t worked at your specific venue, we make it a point to visit the location beforehand to plan our shots and ensure the best possible coverage.

What is your photography style, and how would you describe your approach to capturing weddings?

Our style is a blend of editorial and candid photography. We focus on capturing real moments with a natural, unobtrusive approach, ensuring that your photos reflect the genuine emotions and atmosphere of your wedding day.

Do you offer engagement photo sessions as part of your package?

Yes, we offer engagement sessions as part of many of our packages. This is a great opportunity for us to get to know you and for you to become comfortable in front of the camera before your big day.

How many hours of coverage do you provide, and can we customise the coverage time?

Our standard packages range from 6 to 12 hours of coverage, but we are happy to customise the time to fit your needs. Additional hours can be added as required.

Will you be the one photographing our wedding, or will it be another photographer from your team?

We personally handle the photography for all weddings, ensuring a consistent style and quality. In some cases, Hayley may bring an assistant or second shooter to help capture additional angles and moments. This is dependent on the size of the wedding and the clients request.

Do you provide both digital and printed copies of the photos?

Yes, we provide high-resolution digital files as well as a selection of printed products, such as albums and prints. We offer various packages that include different combinations of digital and printed media.

How long after the wedding will we receive our photos, and how are they delivered?

You can expect to receive your edited photos within 6-12 weeks after the wedding. We deliver them via a private online gallery where you can download, share, and print your photos. If your wedding is not during peak season, we will endeavour to return your photos and video as quickly as possible, with some turnaround times being closer to 3-4 weeks.

What kind of equipment do you use to ensure high-quality photo and video production?

We use professional-grade cameras, stabilisers, microphones, and lighting equipment to ensure high-quality video and images. We also utilise drones for aerial footage when appropriate and permitted.

Do you provide highlight reels, full-length videos, or both?

We offer both highlight reels and full-length videos. Highlight reels are typically 3-5 minutes long, showcasing the best moments of your day, while full-length videos provide a more comprehensive coverage of the entire event. The finer details of this can be discussed and tailored to your specific needs.

Do you offer aerial/drone footage as part of your videography services?

Yes, we offer aerial/drone footage as part of our videography packages. This can add a unique and dramatic perspective to your wedding video. Please note that drone usage is subject to local regulations and weather conditions.
